At Tucanito, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please reach out if you have concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you’re shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our regular return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a refund via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
